Enrique Jevons, Real Estate Broker

  

Enrique is a licensed, insured property manager and real estate broker. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. For over 20 years he worked in Hospitality Management for Hyatt Hotels, Stanford University and Marriott Hotels while investing in rental properties.

 

Enrique owns and operates Jevons Property Management Business. With 83 rental units of his own and 500+ units for other owners, Enrique has a tremendous amount of depth and experience in Yakima County. He is a board member of the Yakima Valley Landlord's Association, and a member of the Yakima Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

 

Whether it is simply some help in finding and screening a renter for your one rental home, watching over your property while you are on vacation, or providing full year-round property management, Enrique is available to assist.

 

 

 


Carole Jevons, Office Manager

Carole graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She has worked in Administration and Marketing for 23 years for Johnson & Johnson, Computer Modules, Au Pair in America, and the Santa Clara School District.

Carole manages 400+ tenant files and accounts. She also designs and implements our office's standards and procedures.



 

 
 

 
Norma Mendoza, Front Office
Manager

 

Norma is a local who graduated from Toppenish High School and went to Heritage College. She started her property management career working for Yakima Housing Authority for 6 years. There she managed the Public Housing Program. She moved on to TB Real Estate Ventures before joining Jevons Property Management.

Norma is always available to handle all of your customer service needs when you walk through our office door or by phone and email.

 

 

 

 

 

Mariela Osorio, Front Office Agent

 

Mariela has had years of hospitality experience working in the hotel industry.  She is here is answer your questions and help with your needs at the front desk.




 

 

 

 

 

Juan Luna, Office Bookkeeper

 

Juan comes to us with years of experience as an on-site resident manager in Seattle, customer service specialist at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, and front desk agent.  




 

 

 

 




 

Tina Rosado, CPA

 

Tina is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Economics. She has been a certified public accountant for Ernest and Young and other major firms in the Silicon Valley. Jevons Property Management has contracted with Tina to provide professional accounting services.

 





Maintenance Department

Our maintenance staff is managed by MRTL Construction.  They are a licensed general contractor with skilled personnel to handle our owner and tenant requests.
