I have been a client of Mr. Jevons for a year now. He manages a rental for me, and does a fine job. My rental was rented very quickly, and with his expertise, he was able to find good reliable tenants. My whole experience with Mr. Jevons has been very positive. He keeps me updated on things I need to know, and does not burden me with things I do not need to know. I would highly recommend Mr. Jevons to anyone looking to find a home, rental, or anyone who needs help with managment of the property.

A little over a year ago I needed a property manager and Enrique Jevons had a web page that attracted my attention. I inquired about him through other real estate people whom I knew well and trust very much. Enrique received high praise. Upon contacting him he was quick to set up an appointment to meet with my wife and I personally. He answered all of our questions professionally and gave us time to think about our final decision. Upon signing our contract with him to be our property manager he immediately began advertising. Enrique kept us in the loop each step of the way as applicants looked at the property. Since renting the property Enrique has been on top of any issue that came up with the renter responding to their concerns and always communicating with my wife and I as to the status of any issues. Rent payments to us have been regular and on time. Any time we had a question or concern Enriques has always responded promptly and professionally. I would recommend Enrique without hesitation to anyone in search of a property manager. | Service provided

I was worried about how long it would take to get new renters after the last couple moved, but Enrique found them in a just a week or two. I am very pleased with his service, and would recommend him to anyone who has a home to rent out.
