Jevons Property Management was established in Washington State in 2008. Our founder, Enrique Jevons, a former General Manager of a Marriott Hotel, started the company to own and manage the best affordable rental properties available for people living all across Washington State. Join us as we expand throughout Washington State, improving the communities we serve and opening doors to new investment opportunities.


We buy, sell, and manage a range of large and small apartment complexes, single-family homes, duplexes, and more. Our mission is to provide high-quality housing solutions for our tenants and to drive higher profit margins for our owners. SERVICES WE PROVIDE FOR PROPERTY OWNERS


Marketing

We quickly advertise vacancies online, posting to our website, and hundreds of other listing sites. Applicants can also apply right from their smartphones. Applicants can also take our 3D Tours and watch videos of the interiors of every home we manage.

Screening

Streamlined, built in resident screening includes nationwide criminal background checks where allowed by law, credit checks along with past rent payment history, income verification by review bank account deposits, and former landlord references. This ensures we only rent to the highest qualified tenants, thus preventing late rent payments and evictions in most every case.

Leasing

Once the screening process is complete, we obtain a deposit to hold the property. We then review and sign the lease with the tenant, collect the security deposit and rent, ensure the utilities are properly set up, and have the tenant sign our property condition report with photos to make sure we have all the evidence for any billable damage upon move-out.

Rent Collection

We accept all forms of payment. We allow all our tenants to pay with direct deposit, cash, check, credit card, debit card, or assistance vouchers. We follow up and make sure our tenants pay on time and help them with any assistance they need.

Property Maintenance

We use electronic work-orders and communication with vendors so we can quickly resolve issues. At your request, we can email you a copy of the work order and relevant information giving you real-time updates.

Financials

Owner statements are securely posted to an online Owners Portal, saving time and paper. These simple statements provide you with a quick snapshot of your property details for the past month. We can also include maintenance invoices and additional reports you request.
